Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed right here on our website. Just select your cookies, add them to your box (cart), and check out. Each order is baked fresh in our Wilmington kitchen.

Q: Do you require a minimum order?
A: Yes, our minimum order is two/2 cookies for pick up and a half dozen/6 for delivery.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Shipping & Pickup

Q: Do you ship cookies?
A: Yes! We ship within the U.S. for a flat fee. All cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped from Wilmington/New Castle, DE.

Q: When will my cookies ship?
A: To ensure peak freshness and avoid shipping delays, orders must be placed by Monday for Wednesday shipment.

Q: Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
A: Absolutely! Local pickup is available at our Wilmington store. Just select “pickup” at checkout and allow at least one day for pickup. Then head to 103 N. Lincoln Street. Wilmington, DE 19805 from 11 AM- 8:30 PM.

Freshness & Ingredients

Q: How long do the cookies stay fresh?
A: Our cookies stay fresh for 5 days at room temperature. For longer enjoyment, they can be placed in the refrigerator for 7 days or frozen for up to 2 months.

Q: Are the cookies baked fresh?
A: Yes, every order is baked fresh to order in our Wilmington kitchen.

Q: Do your cookies contain allergens?
A: Some of our cookies include common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please review each cookie’s description for details.
